We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To begin your return, log in to your account and use the returns portal, or use this return link

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage
• Items must be returned in all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch
• Sets must be returned as a complete set — individual items from a set cannot be returned separately
• Returns must be made from the same country in which the order was originally placed

Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or used items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Mystery gifts and complimentary free gifts
• Custom or personalised items
• Free replacements

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Offers

Items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One or similar promotional offer are final sale and are not eligible for return.

In select cases where a return is approved for a BOGO order, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a return processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom retain their statutory right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with local consumer protection law. Where this applies, standard return shipping fees outlined below will still apply.

Refused & Rejected Packages
If a package is refused or rejected at delivery, a refund will not be issued unless the item is successfully returned to us. If you have a change of mind after placing your order, please accept the delivery and make a return request

Return Shipping Fees

When a return is processed, the following will be deducted from your refund:

1. Original shipping cost — the cost of shipping your order to you is non-refundable.
2. Return shipping fee — the cost of shipping the item back to us, based on your region (see below).
3. 6% return handling fee — covering the cost of receiving, inspecting, and processing your returned item.

United States
A prepaid return label is provided. A fixed fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover this label.

Canada
You will receive our return address and will need to ship the item back to us using Canada Post.

United Kingdom
A prepaid return label is provided. A fixed fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover this label.

Europe & Rest of the World
A prepaid return label is provided. A fixed fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover this label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping for defective or warranty items is fully covered by us.
