How subscriptions work.

This applies only to the Nuamōre Mystery Monthly Box. All other Nuamōre products are one-time purchases and are not sold on a subscription basis. When you place an order for the Mystery Monthly Box, you authorize Nuamōre to charge your payment method automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel. Each renewal uses the price in effect at the time of renewal.

How to manage or cancel.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your Mystery Monthly Box subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription Portal on nuamore.com. For additional help, email support@nuamore.com.

Cancellation deadline.

Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal. Requests received less than 24 hours before renewal may not be processed in time, and the next box may still ship.

Refunds on renewal charges.

If your Mystery Monthly Box subscription renewed before you cancelled, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge by emailing support@nuamore.com.

After 7 days, refunds on renewal charges are issued at our discretion.

Changes to terms or pricing.

We may update Mystery Monthly Box subscription pricing or terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect on your subscription.
