What are the Nuamore warranty terms?
Nuamore gives a two-Year Warranty
Your Nuamore piece is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

How can I apply my discount code or gift voucher?
You can use the discount code or gift card on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your order total. You may only use one discount code or gift card per order.

What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery for orders above €100. For orders below €100, a shipping fee of €7.99 applies.

When can I expect my order?

How can I change or cancel my order?
Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests, or changes to your order.

I have not received an order confirmation.
If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your spam, or junk mail, box if you have not received anything.

Can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail containing a link you can use to track the shipment.

I have not received my order, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear you have not received your order. Your parcel may be delayed by the carrier. We, therefore, advise you to check the track & trace page first. It shows the status of the delivery.

At Nuamore, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition in their original, undamaged packaging with labels attached.

We are confident that you will love everything that you order from us! However, in the unlikely event that something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it to us.
What are the return costs?
Return costs may vary, but we have service points in every country. This helps save time and expenses, allowing you to return your package locally in most cases.
Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this could be up to 30 working days.
After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 banking days before the refund is visible on your bank account
Received a damaged item?
We're really sorry to hear that! If you received a faulty item, please send us a picture via email. This will help us address the issue and ensure the returns process is as quick and easy as possible.

How can I maintain the shine of my products?
While our jewelry is water-resistant, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure, such as swimming or surfing. To protect the finish, steer clear of direct contact with lotions, hair sprays, perfumes, and other beauty products.
Our materials require minimal maintenance, but occasional polishing with a soft cloth will keep your pieces shiny.
For your sunglasses, clean the lenses regularly with a microfiber cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. We include a cleaning cloth with every order for your convenience.
